Mr. Davis is with the eminent domain practice group, which provides representation in cases involving governmental acquisition of real property. This representation includes related matters, such as roadway access, relocation assistance and environmental remediation of properties being acquired.

Mr. Davis has represented property owners on numerous roadway and redevelopment projects throughout New Jersey, including the Route 4/17 intersection reconstruction in Paramus, Route 17 in Maywood, circle replacements in Somerville, Raritan, and Ridgefield, Route 206 widening projects in Newton, Hampton, Flemington, Somerville, and Hillsborough, Route 4 in Fairlawn and Paramus, the Route 4/208 reconstruction in Paramus, Route 1/9 in Linden, Route 1 in Woodbridge, Rahway and Elizabeth, Route 18 in New Brunswick, Route 23 in Butler, Route 46 in Little Falls, Totowa and Clifton, the Route 21 - 46 connection project in Clifton and Passaic, the Paterson Plank Road/Route 1/9 intersection improvement in North Bergen, the Route 1/9/Secaucus Road intersection improvement, the Route 537 widening project in Jackson, Route 47 in Vineland, and many other projects. He has also represented clients against the New Jersey Schools Construction/Development Corporation and Casino Reinvestment Development Corporation. The businesses Mr. Davis has represented in eminent domain matters include motels, service stations, retail outlets, restaurants, including diners and fast food operators, automobile and truck dealerships, warehouses, factories, office and apartment complexes, as well as municipal clients. Among the clients he has represented in these matters are Storage USA, Rothschild Realty, Classic Sanitation, First Allied, Bergen Mall, Passaic Realty, Public Storage, and New Jersey Restaurants.

Prior to working with the eminent domain practice group, Mr. Davis was part of the real estate development department at the firm, on such projects as Harborside, Jersey City for Jones Lang Wooten, Lincoln Harbor, Weehawken for Hartz Mountain Industries and Seasons Glen, Mount Arlington for Atkins Development Corp. This background has been of invaluable assistance in addressing the needs of clients with issues involving eminent domain.

Mr. Davis has been with the firm since 1986, and has been engaged exclusively on eminent domain matters since 1991.
