Mr. O'Connor is a Senior Partner and has been with the firm since 1981. His primary area of expertise is land use and real estate development. He has extensive experience representing developers and business owners requiring Federal, State, and local governmental approvals for a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential projects, often involving very large and complex development applications.
He has been actively involved for many years in the expanding areas of urban redevelopment, brownfields, transit villages and affordable housing.
In addition to appearing before planning and zoning boards throughout North Jersey, Mr. O'Connor has been very active in representing clients in matters before the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission. He has served on various advisory committees to the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission for proposed regulatory amendments and special projects.
