Our firm has represented multinational energy, manufacturing, and construction companies in the defense of toxic tort cases in Federal and State courts in New York and New Jersey for more than 20 years. Over those years the firm has defended our clients in thousands of asbestos exposure claims, litigating against the premier plaintiff’s asbestos firms in the United States. In addition to defense of asbestos claims, we have also represented several corporate clients in defense of claims of injury from toxic chemical exposure in the work place.

We have also defended our corporate clients against claims for alleged environmental pollution brought by both government agencies and private parties. We have assembled a team of experts who assist us in contesting the scientific and medical evidence proffered by the plaintiffs.
